'The Audition Begins. . .' It's the audition and selection of the candidates! We meet potential candidates and find out the 'most embarrassing moments' of each contender. Each candidate is also asked to run through a preliminary fitness test.

'The Competition Begins. . .' Before and after snapshots are taken, and contestants are weighed in for the first time. Each candidate faces the reality of their current weight.

'In The Therapist's Chair'. Each contender visits with a hypnotherapist to find out the deeper issues behind their poor eating habits. Here we discover their past and emotional turmoil that may have contributed to their current state. This week's prize is a haircut at an area salon.

'Boot Camp'. It's time to kick the workouts into high gear with Boot Camp! Each contestant puts their fitness level to the test with some cross-circuit training from the personal trainer. This week's prize is a full body massage.

'Temptation Strikes'. Fashion News Live brings in an actor to try and sabotage each contestant's healthy eating plans! Each contestant is presented with their biggest weakness; from chocolate to pizza, the camera's always watching as they put their will to the test! This week's prize is a hot air

'Midway'. Mrs. America makes her appearance, and each contestant is weighed in to find out if they make the cut! The winner of this week's gets to spend the day with Mrs. America immediately after the announcement.

'Entering The Dojo'. The contestants learn workout tips and techniques from a karate master at a local school. Each contender shares their experience and thoughts on their competition at the end of the segment. This week's prize is a helicopter ride.

'Take It Off!' The contestants take part in a high energy, strip aerobics session for a fun but competitive workout. Each contestant shares their thoughts about the other contestant's performance. This week's prize is a NASCAR race car experience.

'Dodgeball!'. 'Fast Eddy', the assistant to the personal trainer, joins the contestants for a competitive game of Dodgeball. The fast-paced segment brings out the best and worst of each contender. This week's prize is a bag of high-end cosmetics.

'Time For A Shopping Spree'. It's time to head to the East Coast for an announcement by Rocco G! Heading off to Times Square, the group finds out who will win a shopping spree. This week's prize is a new wardrobe of clothes.

'And the Winner Is. . .' The personal journey of each contestant is summarized and pulled together for the final tally in the makeover challenge. Highlights of each contestant are shared. This is a cliffhangar episode.

Makeover Challenge: 'The Reward'. It's time for the final announcement! The winner is awarded the Grand Prize which consists of flying to L.A. for a hair style by a celebrity hair designer, followed by a trip to New York for LASIK eye surgery, then a trip to Milan, Italy for a shopping spree.
