A wise person once put it
Tuesday, 30 October 2007

A wise person once put it, "Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment." Unfortunately, gossip often timesis the truth twisted into an interesting story for people to repeat. The thing about gossip is it dies out quickly until either 1. a bigger story comes out or 2. people have grown bored with it. It is unfortunate that the lies which last only a moment usually is what people will read. Words hurt. And the stories die. Why not tell a story that will last a lifetime? Those are the kind of stories that build people up, not tear them down.

based on Proverbs 12:19
